I think Lily is gonna get hers in a different spot than her brothers tho) but im not exactly sure what they would get. I feel like Adam would probably get a cool sleeve or something and Lily would go for some smaller ones probably.
okay so I’ve been thinking about this for days lmao and I still am not completely sure. I think I would associate both Adam and Dean with guitars probably - Dean probably more with acoustic and Adam with electric,,, As for Sam, I would probably associate the piano with him ?? I just think that he’s a lot more,,, calm ? less-obnoxious lmao than his brothers and I feel like piano could suit him. As for Lily, I chose an instrument that I would associate with her, but then I decided to take a ‘Which Instrument Matches Your Personality’ quiz as if I were Lily, just to see what it would say and Lily got the drums - which I had already picked for her! So, I would definitely say the drums for Lily haha.
And Millie is my other Supernatural-Sister OC! She and Lily do not exist in the same universe. I had a lot of ideas for an SPN sister that just wouldn’t work for Lily (either due to her personality or due to how much younger she is than Sam and Dean), so I decided to make another one. Millie is more of a plot bunny (as are most of my OCs), but I have written a bit for her and got her story planned out a bit. She’s younger than Dean, but older than Sam and she turns out a lot different than Lily does…. (And by different I mean that Millie ends up happier than Lily,,, as happy as a Winchester can be of course).
Adam really likes his guns - like it’s probably not even healthy lmao. He secretly names them lmao. And by secretly I mean that he tries to hide it but his siblings all know that he names them haha.
As for Lily, in seasons 1 and 2 her favorite weapon was the knife that Dean gave her for her 12th birthday, in seasons 3 - 6 her favorite weapon is the gun that her brothers gave her for her 14th birthday, and then from seasons 7 and onward she has a machete that she particularly enjoys using, but a lot of the time she still has to use a gun. She started using a machete when the siblings found out that cutting off Leviathan’s heads was the only way to slow them down (besides using Borax) and the weapon just stuck after that.
I don’t even have to expand on this I think it’s pretty accurate !! I’ve never thought about this before, but I definitely agree (especially with Adam’s and Lily’s ofc)

Adam would definitely pick milk chocolate - he thinks dark chocolate tastes gross. And then, if we’re talking about my other ocs, Ariadne is probably a sucker for dark chocolate - i get that vibe from her idk.
So, Sam and Dean don’t really have canon middle names ?? so neither of them have one in Sink or Swim unless something on the show changes that. As for Adam and Lily, John didn’t name either of them - their own mothers did. Adam’s full name is Adam Jonathan Winchester and Lily’s full name is Liliana Marisol Winchester (she was born with the last name Ramirez but it was changed once her mother died).

Well, the saying ‘Sink or Swim’ is basically saying that, when something happens, you can either give up or you can keep fighting; that, in life, you can give up on something or you can fight for it. I think that’s an important message for Lily (and for the Winchesters in general) because there are so many times when Lily wants to give up (or she does actually give up !!) but when she’s older she really gets a ‘never give up’ mentality, even though there’s so many times when she wants to just throw in the towel. I chose that for the title because persevering is something that Lily really believes in as she gets a bit older, and we get to see her grow into that person I guess. It’s also something that applies to her life no matter what season of the show it’s in, even though she doesn’t gain that mentality for a little while.
Plus it’s a song title (and all my oc stories are going to be named after songs if I do publish them) and it has a nice ring to it lmao.
